How To Enable Battery Percentage on your iPhone or iPad

You’re ready to head out the door, but you want to put your iPhone or iPad on the charger. At this point, you don’t know what battery percentage you have left. If you’ve ever found yourself needing to know the battery percentage to estimate how long you may need to place your iDevice on the charger, you’ll know how important it is to learn how to enable battery percentage on your iPhone or iPad. Fortunately, the process is as easy as it gets.

To learn how to enable battery percentage on your iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to visit the device settings. Next, find the battery settings on your left-hand column, then select it. If you look to the right of it, you’ll see a toggle that says “battery percentage,” which you can then select. You’ll see the green color appear on the toggle, which means that the battery percentage is activated. Once you’ve done this, the last step to check your effort is to look at the top right corner of the iPhone or iPad. You’ll notice that, beside the battery icon, you’ll see a specific x% (79%, for example), letting you know that you now know how to enable battery percentage on your iPhone or iPad.
