When the iPhone 7 was launched there was a bit of controversy about the fact that the headphone jack was missing. • Go to Bluetooth and toggle it off

4. Another way in which you can get the issue resolved is hard restarting your iPhone. In some cases, the issues with the Headphone Jack can be caused by a small software error. You can try to fix it with a hard restart. Simply press the Power button and then the Home button until the screen goes black and the iPhone restarts.
