Batman Arkham Knight PC system requirements revealed

The final installment to the Batman Arkham trilogy has been named Batman Arkham Knight and is slated for a June 23, 2015 release. While it has been confirmed that the title will be making its way to PS4 and Xbox One, the video game will also be available to play on Microsoft Windows, provided gamers have the appropriate hardware. According to a source, the latest minimum and recommended system requirements have been revealed for Rocksteady’s upcoming title.

In short, the game is going to be thoroughly demanding, with users requiring a minimum of Intel’s Core i5-750 or AMD Phenom II X4 965 CPU running in their systems as a base requirement to be running the game at respectable frames. In addition, PC gamers will also be requiring a minimum of 6 GB of RAM to play the game fluidly, along with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 with 2GB of VRAM or equivalent for enabling several graphical settings. That’s not all, because the game is also expected to utilize a large portion of the hard drive, and users will require at least 45 GB of HDD space vacant on their storage mediums.

For the recommended system requirements, processors running inside gamers’ systems should be no less than Intel’s Core i7-3770 or AMD FX-8350. Furthermore, in order to receive the best possible performance, having 8 GB of RAM coupled with NVIDIA’S GeForce GTX 760 3GB graphics processor or equivalent will be required. While Rocksteady has not stated the amount of video RAM that will be required to enable every visual setting in the upcoming installment, chances are that users will quickly run out of video frame buffer if they plan on gaming on the QHD or UHD resolutions.

Furthermore, due to the minimum amount of RAM required (6 GB), the game will not be compatible with 32 bit versions of Windows operating system. Instead,having a 64 bit Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 platform is recommended to run the game.
