Apple TV was originally launched in 2007 and 4 generations have been made available throughout the history of this digital media player. The latest generation of Apple TV was released in 2015 and it is currently the main option supported. The original version of Apple TV is no longer working as it was declared as obsolete at the end of 2015. While the second and third generation were taken off the shelves when the 4th generation was introduced, many users would still have these devices. Although this Generation is no longer functional, it is worth checking what it offered. It was grey or silver and about 8-inch square. The processor was 1 GHz Intel “Crofton” Pentium M. It came with Nvidia GeForce Go 7300 with 64 MB of VRAM. It used 40 or 160 GB hard disk with USB 2.0.
