How to fix iPhone 6 silent switch not working

How to fix the issue?

The first option that you can try when you are having issues with the mute button is to do the below:

1. Enable Assistive touch. To do this, go to Settings, then General and Select Accessibility. You will see Assitive touch and you will have the option to turn it on.
2. Tap circle and then select device.
3. Once you have enabled this option, you have the chance to mute or unmute.
4. Once you complete this step, you can disable Assitive touch.
