Go to the Settings of your phone
Click or tap on data usage
Tap Google Services
Go to the bottom and uncheck Restrict background data.

2. Clear Snapchat Cache

Another reason why Snapchat stops working is because of its caches. To clear caches, all you have to do are the following:

Go to Settings of your phone
Tap on the Apps
Go to the All section
Look for Google Play Services
Tap Google Play Services
Tap on Clear Cache
Restart your phone by turning it off and on

3. Clear Google Play Services Cache

Another cache that you will need to check is Google Play Services’. Its cache could be another reason why your Snapchat is not working and could experience bugs. To do this, all you have to do are the following:

Look for Google Play Services and tap on it

4. Check Updates of Snapchat and Google Play Services
