El OnePlus 3 llega a ciudades de todo el mundo tras su lanzamiento

The OnePlus 3’s curious Loop VR announcement and purchase opportunity for OP fans seems curious enough, and the company’s flash sale earlier this week has had some individuals thinking that OP could do more to ensure that potential buyers have access to see, touch, and examine the device before throwing in their hard-earned cash. Well, OnePlus is aware of the setbacks that could occur for buyers, so the company is making the OnePlus 3 available in cities worldwide on June 15th, the day after the company announcement and launch (now confirmed as June 14th).

To bring the device worldwide, OP will open up pop-up stores in major cities such as Mumbai, London (England), Paris (France), New York (US), Berlin (Germany), Delhi, and Bangalore (India) and allow consumers to purchase the device on-site — of course, without any need of an invitation.

OnePlus has been making inroads to gain customer appeal, with the company introducing an all-metal unibody design in the OnePlus 3 that replaces the removable back cover design of its predecessors and eliminating the company’s invite system that angered so many interested buyers. With these new pop-up stores, OP hopes to get even more customers interested in its devices, with the OnePlus 3 bringing some of the most competitive specs in the Android world for far less: a 5.5-inch AMOLED display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB-6GB of RAM, 32/64/128 GB of storage (the 128GB storage model is still a rumor, however), an 8MP front camera, 16MP back camera, and a 3,500mAh battery (some assert it’ll be a 3,000mAh, though 3,500mAh still seems to be the winning rumor at this point).

One thing that OnePlus hasn’t done is talk about what software features will be added to the OnePlus 3, what new user experiences it hopes to create, and so on. After all, most hardware designs are similar nowadays, so there isn’t much to salivate over if your phone will have a metal unibody (of course, we’re talking about real metal unibody phones, not the presumed claim for the LG G5 that has a modular design instead).

The stage is set for OnePlus to unveil the OnePlus 3 not only in VR, but at the company’s own website (oneplus.net) on the same day as its Loop VR launch. If you’re determined to watch the announcement, be sure to set your calendar for the magic date in question. We’ll be there at the OnePlus 3 launch to grab the latest details, so stay tuned to Aptgadget for up-to-date coverage as the day arrives.
