The new Google Photos iPhone ad seeks to inform users, bringing to the forefront of the ad the most embarrassing moments — when users want to take photos of special moments and end up with that dreadful message that says, “Storage Full. There is no more room on your phone.” In an array of varying moments, the same message “pings” on the screen, with each new slide. You get the picture: after so many “pings,” you get the hint that this message is not what you want to see on your iPhone every day.<\/p>\n
Well, fortunately, the Google Photos iPhone ad points to — no surprise here — Google Photos, as the solution to the never-ending iPhone storage problem. And, to be honest, it’s true: Google Photos gives you unlimited photo and video cloud storage for 1080p photos and videos, while Apple only gives you 5GB. IPhone users would get to have unlimited cloud storage for their photos, since the highest resolution of photos is 1080p (there wouldn’t be unlimited video storage for 4K video recording, though).<\/p>\n
