If you are waiting for an important text message, but can\u2019t keep an eye on your phone, you probably rely on sound notifications, but what happens if they are not working? Getting sound alerts letting you known when a text is received can be very convenient, but there may be cases when these notifications are not working on your iOS device. In this guide, we will find out how to fix the problem to get sound notifications on your iPhone 5,6, 6S and above and on your iPad Air, iPad 2 and other models.<\/p>\n

Soluci\u00f3n de problemas de notificaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

Si no recibes notificaciones sonoras en tu dispositivo iOS y no recibes alertas sobre los mensajes de texto entrantes, puedes seguir los siguientes pasos para resolver el problema.<\/p>\n

  1. Lo primero que debe hacer es comprobar que la opci\u00f3n No molestar no est\u00e1 activada. Esta podr\u00eda ser la raz\u00f3n por la que no recibes notificaciones de sonido. Puedes ir a Ajustes y si la opci\u00f3n No molestar est\u00e1 activada, puedes desactivarla. S\u00f3lo tienes que mover el control deslizante a la posici\u00f3n Desactivado.<\/li>\n
  2. Tambi\u00e9n conviene comprobar que la opci\u00f3n No molestar no est\u00e1 activada para determinados contactos. Puedes ir a la app Mensajes y comprobar si hay un signo de luna en los mensajes. Si es as\u00ed, la opci\u00f3n No molestar est\u00e1 activada para ese contacto en concreto. Puedes volver a recibir notificaciones de sonido pulsando Detalles y desactivando la opci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  3. Now tap Settings, then Notifications and select Messages. Check if \u201cAllow Notifications\u201d is enabled.<\/li>\n
  4. Check the mute switch (ring or silent) on your iOS device. If you have an iPhone, you can find the switch on the left hand side of your device. In the iPad, the mute switch is located on the right side of the device. In order to get sound notifications, the mute button shouldn\u2019t be turned on. You will need to push the Ring\/Silent\u201d switch to the \u201cRing\u201d position.<\/li>\n
