Soluci\u00f3n de problemas de notificaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

Si no recibes notificaciones sonoras en tu dispositivo iOS y no recibes alertas sobre los mensajes de texto entrantes, puedes seguir los siguientes pasos para resolver el problema.<\/p>\n

  1. Lo primero que debe hacer es comprobar que la opci\u00f3n No molestar no est\u00e1 activada. Esta podr\u00eda ser la raz\u00f3n por la que no recibes notificaciones de sonido. Puedes ir a Ajustes y si la opci\u00f3n No molestar est\u00e1 activada, puedes desactivarla. S\u00f3lo tienes que mover el control deslizante a la posici\u00f3n Desactivado.<\/li>\n
  2. Tambi\u00e9n conviene comprobar que la opci\u00f3n No molestar no est\u00e1 activada para determinados contactos. Puedes ir a la app Mensajes y comprobar si hay un signo de luna en los mensajes. Si es as\u00ed, la opci\u00f3n No molestar est\u00e1 activada para ese contacto en concreto. Puedes volver a recibir notificaciones de sonido pulsando Detalles y desactivando la opci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  3. Ahora toca Configuraci\u00f3n, luego Notificaciones y selecciona Mensajes. Comprueba si la opci\u00f3n \"Permitir notificaciones\" est\u00e1 activada.<\/li>\n
  4. Comprueba el interruptor de silencio (timbre o silencio) de tu dispositivo iOS. Si tienes un iPhone, puedes encontrar el interruptor en el lado izquierdo del dispositivo. En el iPad, el interruptor de silencio se encuentra en el lado derecho del dispositivo. Para recibir notificaciones de sonido, el bot\u00f3n de silencio no debe estar activado. Deber\u00e1s pulsar el interruptor \"Ring\/Silent\" en la posici\u00f3n \"Ring\".<\/li>\n
  5. Mant\u00e9n pulsado el bot\u00f3n de reposo\/activaci\u00f3n hasta que veas el control deslizante. Desl\u00edzalo y reinicia tu iPhone\/iPad.<\/li>\n
  6. Mantenga pulsado el bot\u00f3n de inicio y el bot\u00f3n de encendido (wake\/sleep) al mismo tiempo hasta que vea el dispositivo de Apple. Esto reiniciar\u00e1 el dispositivo.<\/li>\n
