It\u2019s flexible, versatile, can connect and sync multiple files, and is suitable for text-heavy projects \u23af all that saves a lot of time and increases productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
InDesign has the Toolbox, which is the basic tool for editing, selecting, drawing and typing, transformation, modifying, and navigating page elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

#1. Text Options Tools<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Text tools are the most powerful design tools. To get the best of InDesign projects and make your experience working with text smooth and proficient, here\u2019s the list of options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Auto-Hyphenation.<\/strong> To enable\/disable auto-hyphenation, opt for the Text Tool, select the text, go to the Window<\/em>, choose Types & Tables<\/em>entonces Paragraphs<\/em>, and uncheck Hyphenate<\/em>.<\/li>
Change the Text Case Format <\/strong>via Tipo<\/em> choosing between uppercase, lowercase, title case, <\/em>o sentence case.<\/em><\/li>

Content Collector Tool is a great solution if you\u2019re transferring images, text frames, and other patterns or assets from one document to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
This pop-up \u2018conveyor\u2019 offers a bit more control over items as it allows you to grab the pieces of content by clicking on them and modify throughout the same or different InDesign documents. The collected items are seen on the conveyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The objects can be repurposed by pushing on the Content Placer Tool dragging them out of the collector. It\u2019s especially handy once you work with multiple documents and layouts or you need to create a new document by repurposing some assets or content from old documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
#3. Tables <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tables can be a huge part of any project when you work with such clients as restaurants, cafes, or someone who needs to list lots of things out. Tables are good for creating references, charts, planners, worksheets, catalogs, diagrams, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can create a table either within the existing text frame or build up the enclosing text frame. All you need to do is to have a text box drawn and then click on the Table<\/em> tab and tailor table dimensions and style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
