You can take a screenshot on the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5 as though you\u2019re taking a screenshot on every other smartphone out there, but not all smartphones take screenshots in the same way. For example, the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus take screenshots by pressing the power and home buttons simultaneously, but the Nexus 5, on the other hand, mandates pressing and holding the power button and volume down buttons at the same time. So, with that said, not all screenshots are created equal or performed via an equal process.<\/p>\n

When it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5, however, you get your choice of how to take the screenshot: either 1) the traditional way for Samsung or 2) the cool way. I\u2019ll get into what these are below.<\/p>\n

First, you can take a screenshot on the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5 in the traditional way. The traditional way involves pressing buttons to take the screenshot. To do it this way, you need only press the power\/standby button and the home button simultaneously.
