How to See All the Comments You Made On Instagram

Use Your Activity to View Your Past Instagram Comments

One way for you to see the comments that you have made on Instagram is through your Activity.

• Open your Instagram app
• On the top right corner, you would find the three horizontal lines.
• Click on the three horizontal lines
• Select Your Activity
• Select Interactions
• Select Comments
• You would find all the comments you have in the past
• Sort your comments from newest to oldest or according to your preference.

If you wish to delete multiple comments in the past, all you need to do is to follow the steps below:

• Tap on Select found on the right corner
• Tap on each circle to mark the comment you would like to select and delete
• Tap Delete

Check Past Posts that You Have Liked On Instagram

• Open Instagram app
• On the top right corner, click on the three horizontal lines
• Select Your Activity
• Select Interactions
• Select Likes
• You would see thumbnails of all the posts that you have liked in the past
• Tap Sort and Filter according to your preference.
• If you wish to unlike multiple posts, tap select, tap each circle you would wish to unlike and tap on the unlike button.

Download Your Instagram Data

• Open your web browser
• Go to Instagram.com
• Login and select your profile icon

• The link provided in the email would expire in 4 days.
• The link has a .zip file. Extract the files and select unzip
• Open the post_comments.html file
• post_comments.html will show you all the comments you have made in the past.
