Réaliser des GIFs sur le Galaxy S6 sans télécharger d'application

GIFs, or graphics interchange formats, are nothing more than an image (or multiple) that moves in the same photo. For example, if you have two items in a photo where one changes to the other in a split second, then you have seen GIFs in action. If you have a setup where a person in an image is moving, with different parts of a completed action (say, swinging the golf club to hit the ball) are in the same image, then you have seen GIFs in action.

While most Android smartphone users must turn to apps from the Google Play Store in order to create them, you can make GIFs on the Galaxy S6 without downloading one app. Here’s how to make GIFs on the Galaxy S6:

• Select an image, then click “edit” at the bottom of the display. You’ll see the options available to you: 1) auto adjust, 2) rotate, 3) crop, 4) write, 5) photo editor, 6) animate, and 7) collage. Select “animate” to make your GIF.
• Once you press “animate,” however, you’ll need to select at least one more image to make GIFs on the Galaxy S6. Keep in mind that you can select up to an additional 19 images alongside of your first image to make into a GIF — so your GIF can be short or long if you desire it.
• After you select your images, press “done” at the top right of the screen. You should then see how easy it is to make GIFs on the Galaxy S6, and your GIF will work right before your eyes.

While you can make GIFs on the Galaxy S6 with contrasting images (as is the case with the Gear S2 smartwatch and one of its watch faces in the GIF above), you can also use this for snapshots of a completed action (as the action is happening, of course). If you don’t want to make GIFs on the Galaxy S6 or think it’s something you may never want to do, you can at least give it a try and tell us what you think. You can make GIFs on the Galaxy S6 as well as the Galaxy S6, S6 edge, S6 edge+, and Galaxy Note 5.

Did this tutorial on how to make GIFs on the Galaxy S6 help you? Could you see yourself in a position where you’ll have to make GIFs on the Galaxy S6 in the future? Feel free to write in and let us know.
