With that said, we’re back to provide more juicy news about the upcoming device. A tech source says that OnePlus will unveil 4 different variants of the OnePlus 3: two variants will differ in RAM, while the other two variants will differ in storage capacity. In other words, you’ll get to pick whether you want 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and whether you want 32GB or 64GB of storage for your OnePlus 3 of choice.
Le modèle à 4 Go de RAM/32 Go de stockage coûtera $349 ; le modèle à 4 Go de RAM/64 Go de stockage $379 ; le modèle à 6 Go de RAM/32 Go de stockage $409 ; et le modèle OnePlus 3 à 6 Go de RAM/64 Go de stockage $425.
As for OnePlus 3 specs, the rumors provide the following makeup for the device:5.5-inch, 1080p (Full HD) display with a quad-core, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB/6GB of RAM, 32/64GB of storage, 8MP front camera, 16MP back camera, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, dual SIM slots, and a 3,000mAh battery. Of course, we’ve seen the device obtain certification in China with a full metal unibody design (a first for the OnePlus lineup). With many high-end smartphone manufacturers going premium these days, you can expect that the full metal unibody design will become the norm for most smartphones going ahead (even Samsung has a Galaxy A series devoted to metal unibody design).
And yet, at the same time, there’s little information we know about OxygenOS and what OnePlus plans to do with it to make it more functional for customers. It’s fine to provide customization here and there, but it seems to be the case that everyone focuses more on hardware than software. Software distinction is the wave of the future, and yet, if manufacturers devoted more time to software design and hardware design together, instead of just hardware, phones would have more distinction than they do currently. With all the hype that the OnePlus 3 may or may not have, the device just feels like another Android device that, like the HTC 10, has a metal design (of course, HTC has chamfered edges that surround the 10) without anything to set it apart.
Si le OnePlus 3 est vendu à ce prix, qu'en pensez-vous ? Avez-vous l'intention de vous procurer cet appareil lorsqu'il sera annoncé ? Si oui, qu'est-ce qui vous intrigue ?
