Samsung reportedly working on a Galaxy Note 4 version

When it comes to Samsung, Galaxy Note series are their top line smartphones. This year Samsung launched Note 4 which comes in two versions, one is equipped with the latest Exynos 7 SOC that is an octa core processor while the other one is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SOC which is a quad core processor. In terms of processing power both are almost the same but they do differ on some minor differences here and there.

Now it is said that Samsung is also working on a third version of Galaxy Note 4 that will be equipped with the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SOC which is a 64 bit octa core processor coupled with Andreno 430 GPU, this smartphone will be launched in the South Korean market like all the other Samsung LTE-A variants, which comes with an updated processor. It is also said that the smartphone might not make it out of Korea while the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SOC equipped smartphone is being tested on carriers like LG+, SKT, and Olleh in South Korea.

There is also a chance that Samsung might wait till they launch their Galaxy S6 to come up with an LTE-A version of their Galaxy Note 4. We have also been hearing about Qualcomm facing some stability issues with their Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 including overheating and faulty GPU drivers but the company has responded and said they have resolved all issues and would not delay the launch of their Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SOC.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is the most powerful SOC to be and would be used in a lot of 2015 smartphones. Qualcomm sure has made a reputation for themselves as smartphones that are equipped with them catches the interest of customers.
