Twitter user Sonny Dickson, who is famous for several large leaks of important information and photos related to Apple, has once again posted a new photo that shows the rumored iPhone 6 backplate. Dickson is well known for his leaks related to iPhone 5S last year which ultimately proved to be accurate.<\/p>\n
Dickson quickly gained a lot of attention last year following his accurate and precise leaks and information on the internet regarding Apple and its products. The photos that were published on his Twitter account showed the iPhone 6 backplate along with what appears to be a completely metal body. There are clearly visible design lines and borders which gives a unique touch to the back of the new iPhone 6.<\/p>\n
The second photo that was leaked shows what must be the holes that are meant for the camera and flash for the iPhone 6. It\u2019s been quite few months since Apple iPhone 6 rumors started floating on the internet; in that time a lot of pictures and rendered designs have appeared online across various sites. What we’ve come to realize is that the majority of the rumors and reports seemed to have one detail in common; they all seem to indicate that Apple will be launching two versions of iPhone 6. One is salted to have a 4.7 inch display while the other will reportedly boast a 5.5 inch display.<\/p>\n
Following the launch of iOS 8 last month it is said that the 5.5 inch version will be likely to carry the latest version of iOS 8. This new set of photos seem to be the closest thing we to truth thus far concerning the iPhone 6. It is worth noting that Dickson was also responsible for leaked photos of the new iPads and the iPhone 5S though on several occasions, some of the photos posted by him turned out to be fake.<\/p>\n
Apple, like any other company, keeps its plans and information about its products very secret, that\u2019s why it is impossible to get a clear shot of the product before the launch. Apple also do not comment on any of the rumors or leaked information that makes it even harder to verify them.<\/p>\n
The latest leak should be taken with a grain of salt and should not be considered as the final backplate for the upcoming iPhone 6. It is still unclear whether the backplate is for the 4.7 inch version or the 5.5 inch version.<\/p>\n
