Recevoir des alertes sonores vous informant de la r\u00e9ception d'un texte peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s pratique, mais il peut arriver que ces notifications ne fonctionnent pas sur votre appareil iOS. Dans ce guide, nous allons voir comment r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me pour obtenir des notifications sonores sur votre iPhone 5, 6, 6S et sup\u00e9rieur et sur votre iPad Air, iPad 2 et autres mod\u00e8les.<\/p>\n

Correction des probl\u00e8mes de notification<\/h2>\n

Si vous ne recevez pas de notifications sonores sur votre appareil iOS et que vous n'\u00eates pas averti de la r\u00e9ception de messages texte, vous pouvez suivre les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

  1. La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est de v\u00e9rifier que l'option Ne pas d\u00e9ranger n'est pas activ\u00e9e. C'est peut-\u00eatre la raison pour laquelle vous ne recevez pas de notifications sonores. Vous pouvez aller dans les Param\u00e8tres et si l'option Ne pas d\u00e9ranger est activ\u00e9e, vous pouvez la d\u00e9sactiver. Il vous suffit de d\u00e9placer le curseur sur la position D\u00e9sactiv\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  2. Il est \u00e9galement utile de v\u00e9rifier que l'option Ne pas d\u00e9ranger n'est pas activ\u00e9e pour certains contacts. Vous pouvez aller dans l'application Messages et v\u00e9rifier s'il y a un signe de lune sur les messages. Si c'est le cas, l'option Ne pas d\u00e9ranger est activ\u00e9e pour ce contact particulier. Vous pouvez recommencer \u00e0 recevoir des notifications sonores en appuyant sur D\u00e9tails et en d\u00e9sactivant l'option.<\/li>\n
  3. Appuyez sur Param\u00e8tres, puis sur Notifications et s\u00e9lectionnez Messages. V\u00e9rifiez que l'option \"Autoriser les notifications\" est activ\u00e9e.<\/li>\n
  4. V\u00e9rifiez le commutateur de sourdine (sonnerie ou silence) de votre appareil iOS. Si vous avez un iPhone, vous trouverez le commutateur sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche de votre appareil. Sur l'iPad, le bouton de mise en sourdine se trouve sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit de l'appareil. Pour recevoir des notifications sonores, le bouton muet ne doit pas \u00eatre activ\u00e9. Vous devez pousser le commutateur \"Sonnerie\/Silence\" sur la position \"Sonnerie\".<\/li>\n
  5. Appuyez sur le bouton Veille\/\u00c9veil et maintenez-le enfonc\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous voyiez le curseur. Faites-le glisser et red\u00e9marrez votre iPhone\/iPad.<\/li>\n
  6. Maintenez enfonc\u00e9s le bouton d'accueil et le bouton d'alimentation (r\u00e9veil\/veille) en m\u00eame temps jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous voyiez l'appareil Apple. Cette op\u00e9ration r\u00e9initialise l'appareil.<\/li>\n
  7. Lancez l'application Messages. Appuyez ensuite deux fois sur le bouton d'accueil, acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 l'application Messages et faites glisser le curseur vers le haut pour fermer l'application.
