Another option is to try the SMC reset. To do this, on your keyboard press and hold Control + Option + Power button + Left<\/strong> shift button simultaneously for 10 seconds.<\/p>\n You can also try the PRAM reset. To do this, click the Power button, then press and hold Command + Option + P + R keys simultaneously. Keep these keys pressed until the MAcBook restarts and you hear the startup sound. Then release the keys.<\/p>\n Keep in mind that after resetting PRAM, some of the settings like time, disk caches, volume, keyboard and muse preferences are changed.<\/p>\n If you can’t hear any fan sound, startup tone and the battery indicator lights are off, try unplugging and replugging the cable going from the battery to connector.<\/p>\n Sometimes the issue is related to the charger.
