Le r\u00e8glement propos\u00e9 interdit \u00e0 Machinima d'adopter \u00e0 l'avenir un comportement trompeur similaire et l'entreprise est tenue de veiller \u00e0 ce que ses influenceurs indiquent clairement lorsqu'ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s en \u00e9change de leur soutien.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Il va sans dire qu'ils auraient d\u00fb le faire d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Deux \u00e9missions Machinima : SkyVSGaming et TheSyndicateProject ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement cit\u00e9es, Adam Dahlburg de Sky ayant re\u00e7u 1 4T15 000 et Tom Cassell de Syndicate 1 4T30 000 pour avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 des vid\u00e9os qui semblaient contenir leurs opinions personnelles sur la Xbox One et le titre de lancement. Ryse,\u00a0<\/em>alors qu'en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il ne s'agit que de publicit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
Le document de la FTC d\u00e9crit les mesures sp\u00e9cifiques que Machinima devait prendre pour cr\u00e9er les vid\u00e9os, notamment en exigeant que la vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sente Microsoft sous un jour positif. Ce serait une chose si ces \u00e9missions avaient b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'un acc\u00e8s anticip\u00e9 parce qu'elles pensaient que la console et les jeux se suffiraient \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames et qu'elles voulaient simplement faire parler d'elles avant l'heure.
