LG G4 gets Android Marshmallow in Poland
The G4 Poland Android Marshmallow update was postponed some time ago due to technical issues, but it seems as though all the issues have been worked out. LG has now released Android Marshmallow to Poland G4 models.
Android Marshmallow brings a number of new features to Android, such as customizable permissions, native fingerprint scanner support, native SD card support, more detailed battery stats, a Doze battery mode that conserves power when your device is sleeping, along with other features.
LG finds itself in a race to show consumers that it cares about ushering out fast updates to its devices, and G4 users will definitely be pleased with LG’s efforts to fix its technical issues and spin out the update in a quick turnaround.
At this point in time, we haven’t heard anything from Motorola as to when its customers can expect the Android Marshmallow update, nor have we heard much from Samsung with regard to when it too, will push out Android Marshmallow to its devices (although most say January is the expected timeframe for the new update).
We don’t have any word on when and where the LG G4 Android Marshmallow update will arrive, though it’s nice to see manufacturers getting the best out in their instances.
