It is also said that consumer version of Android 5.0 is ready and might ship as soon as this December. All the Android One smartphones have the same specifications and as soon as Google officially launches Android lollipop 5.0 update for Android One all the Android One smartphones would get the update no matter what brands they are from.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t know what Android One is well it\u2019s a new program from Google whose aim is to provide people with affordable smartphone with quality which runs on vanilla Android also known as stock Android preferred by most Android users. Companies that are chosen to manufacture Android One smartphone are Spice, Micromax, Karbonn, Lava, \u00a0Intex and Xolo.<\/p>\n<p>Android One line of smartphone are only available in India for now but it would be good if Google decided to extend this project to further countries as well where people would go for an affordable smartphone running vanilla Android.
