Verizon HTC 10 pre-orders are shipping now

The HTC 10 has been announced and, as usual, has survived its waiting time for customers. Now, in what can only be described as good news for Verizon HTC 10 customers, the device is being shipped for pre-order buyers and is due to arrive at the doorsteps of those fortunate buyers this week. That means that, if you decided to throw your cash all in on the HTC 10, expect a drop to your doorstep this week.
The HTC 10 is a good device for HTC and a sign that the company may well be on its way to making a comeback within the Android world. The device features a 5.2-inch, Quad HD display with a 1440p screen resolution, Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 5MP front camera with OIS and a 12MP back camera with OIS, as well as a 3,000mAh battery. The HTC 10 has already received some raving reviews from tech reviewers, and has performed well in battery tests when stacked up against the LG G5. The device itself won’t beat Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge in battery tests, but the device is a good effort from HTC. We know that many of you can’t wait to try out the 10’s new camera capabilities.
HTC has put good effort into the HTC 10 this year, with the company partnering with Google to remove duplicate apps in its UI that were HTC-branded and going with a slick and clean look that lets you save your photos directly to Google Photos without having a separate photo app. To make the device more appealing to the more tech-savvy among us, HTC has also decided to sell the device through its own website while selling through carriers Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile. For some reason, the HTC 10 isn’t being sold in AT&T retail stores, though customers can still purchase the device from HTC.com.
Have you received your Verizon HTC 10? Like what you see so far? Whatever your thoughts, comments, and suggestions, we’d love to hear about them.
