Lose It! is one of the best options for macros app. It offers you the data for the measurement of your consumed food nutrients and for its paid version, Lose It! provides its users meal plans, shopping lists and exercise routines.

5. Carb Manager

If you are into keto diet, Carb Manager is your best option. It comes with millions of food database and offers 350,000 low-carb recipes. In addition to that, this app has useful features such as body measurement monitoring, weight and exercise plans.
