stop updates on Mac by selecting details

First, to stop updates on Mac, you’ll need to click the word “details” in the gray popup box. Usually, you’ve selected the “restart” button, which Apple wants you to do but won’t help you continue about your way. After pressing “details,” you’ll be brought to the page that explains what the update is all about. If you want to stop updates on Mac, though, you won’t need to worry about the details of the update.
