How to sign in to iCloud.com from your iOS device

iCloud gives users the possibility of storing and sharing files including photos and songs. It is possible to access the data stored in iCloud by visiting iCloud.com from your Mac or Windows computer. While access from a desktop web browser is supported, if you try to go to the iCloud website from your iPad or iPhone, you only see a screen with a list of options. In order to access your iCloud account, you would need to go to Settings and then select iCloud. There you can enable and disable multiple iCloud features and services without issues. Your iCloud data can also be accessed using the apps on your iOS device such as Photos and Mail.

However, if you want to access the iCloud site from your iOS and log in to iCloud, you can follow the below steps:

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Go to iCloud.com
  3. Tap and hold the Refresh button in the URL bar
  4. Select Request Desktop Site

This will allow you to access the iCloud.com website, where you can sign in using your Apple ID. Although this is not a mobile-friendly version of the website, if you are having issues trying to sign in, there are a few things that you can keep in mind. For instance, make sure that you don’t simply enter your username. The complete Apple ID should be typed in. If you have forgotten your password, it is possible to reset it.
You can also go to the iCloud support website to ensure that there are no issues displayed.
