LG G Watch R'yi resmen duyurdu, 2014'ün 4. çeyreğinde sevkiyata başlıyor
LG finally announced its long awaited G Watch R smartwatch today. LG has been posting teasers of its circular Android Wear smartwatch from past week. There some pretty interesting things to note about the G Watch R particularly related to the design of the device.
The G Watch R has a 1.3 inch circular Plastic OLED display with a 410mAh battery and 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor. The device is equipped with 512MB of RAM, 4GB on board storage and a changeable 22mm strap. According to LG, the device is IP67 certified and is dust and water resistant.
There are a lot of things on the G Watch R that resembles a lot like the Motorola’s Moto 360 smartwatch. The Moto 360 also features a circular screen but there’s a small area at the center of the screen that is just there for the design and does not show anything. G Watch R, on the other hand, has a complete 360 degree circular screen.
G Watch R also has some new things as compared to the original G Watch. It features a heart rate monitor, whose sensor is placed at the bottom of the device and a power button on the side of the device (just like a normal wrist watch).
According to LG, the G Watch R will be compatible with any device running Android 4.3 and above. Currently, the LG smartwatch is only available in black color but it is expected that LG will include some more color options too depending on the success of the device.
Prices and details of availability are still unknown but LG said that it will be announcing further details about the device at the time of launch. LG’s IFA event is scheduled from September 5-10 in Berlin.
