Sony recently launched their Xperia Z3 and Z3 compact smartphones and though both the smartphones offers way better design than its predecessors because of the rounded edges same cannot be said about the camera on these two smartphones. A lot of users of both Sony Xpera Z3 and Z3 compact are reporting an issue concerned with the camera.
According to the users while taking indoor pictures on their Xperai Z3 or Z3 compact they have noticed a pink blob in the middle of the picture whereas the issue is being discussed on both XDA and Reddit developers forum. The pinkish blob can be noticed better when the pictures are shot in white, gray, or brown area though the intensity of the pink area in the mid varies from user to user, as some have high intensity while others have low. Some users have also reported that there is no pink blob in the middle of their pictures so the issue might only be in some defective Xperia Z3 and Z3 compact smartphones, if you are one of the users who is facing this issue be sure to contact Sony support or the retailer from whom you bought your phone.
This issue is not something Sony would want on their profile right now as the Xperia Z smartphones are known for their outstanding camera while both the Xperia Z3 and Z3 compact are equipped with a 20.7 MP snapper. Sony is currently struggling with its smartphone sector and have removed all their mid ranged smartphones in order to move to premium line of smartphones.
