The first step in making sugar in Little Alchemy is by gathering the three main basic elements which are air, water and earth. As you collect these three main elements you would just have to drag them from your sidebar into your workspace. Keep in mind that the elements must be in their purest form.
As soon as you have the three elements ready, all you need to do is mix them together. You could drop one element to the other two or if you wish you could combine them in one go. Do not worry about the order as long as they are all together you are good to go.
Combining Air and Water to Make Rain
The second step is to combine air with water to make rain and when you have rain, you would be able to make sugar. In fact, rain is very important component as it reacts to sunlight and creates glucose which is the basic form of sugar. For you to be able to create glucose combine rain with sun in the workbench.
As soon as you have created glucose, combine it with fire and when it breaks down into bubble – one would contain ash and the other one would contain sugar.
Mixing Rain and Earth to Produce Mud
If you need to make sugar, the next step is to bring rain and earth together. This would create you mud. Just drag one item on top of the other. As soon as they are together, you would see a mud symbol on your work space. This mud could now be used to make sugar.
Heating Up the Mud to Create Clay
Temperature is very important when you are dealing with mud and sugar. You would need one that is heated up to at least 700 degrees Celsius. This is something a little bit hotter than boiling point.
Time Frame
You could do this in batches. Keep in mind that you cannot heat it up more than 15 minutes. If you do your mud would turn into clay and then it would turn into ashes.
Visual Cues
Once your mud is heated up to its right temperature, you would know when it turns into brownish-gray to lighter grayish-white. Another indicator that your mud is ready is when steam is rising from the top of your mud.
Baking the Clay in the Oven to Get Ceramic
- Ensure that your oven is preheated at least 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Set timer for 20 mins
- Keep an eye on your clay and check regularly.
Once your clay is done, ensure that you remove it from the oven and just like in real world, you would have to let it cool before you touch it. Once it is cooled, you would have a ceramic which you could use readily.
Crushing the Ceramic Into Powder to Make Sugar
Now that you have a ceramic, you could crush it into powder which could be done by tapping on the ceramic with your finger. This would break it into smaller pieces. Once it has been broken down, tap again to make it a fine powder until it looks like sugar. Add a little water to help you but ensure not to add too much water or your sugar would end up like a paste.
