LG kündigt ein Mittelklasse-Smartphone mit Android L 5.0 an

As we all are aware that all the companies have said that they are going to update their flagship devices with the latest version of Android after its official launch including LG as well, but that might not be it as LG is planning to go even further and launch a mid-ranged smartphone that will also be running the latest version of Android.

This news is not confirmed yet but it looks like LG might be working on a mid-ranged smartphone that will be running the latest version of Android known as Android Lollipop 5.0 that will go under the model name LG-H44x. There was a device spotted though from LG also running Android Lollipop but an earlier version by the model name LG-H440n. The smartphone had a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

There were other two models of LG as well that were spotted apart from the LG-H440n known as the LG-H441 and the LG-H443 which are both carrier based smartphone but it’s not hard to guess that both the carrier based smartphones are variants of the same LG-H440n. There is no news on when these devices will be announced but they should be somewhere around in 2015.

If these devices were to run the latest version of Android then it would probably be towed down version of the OS as Samsung used to do with their affordable range of smartphones when they launched them with the latest version of Android OS. It would also be a good choice for those who want to upgrade to the new OS but are not willing to spend too much on a new smartphone.

What do you think about LG’s decision to launch a mid-tier smartphone with the latest OS, would you go for it?
