Check Your Internet Connection
One of the most common reasons as to why your YouTube video is buffering is due to slow internet connection. To check if the reason of the issue you are experiencing is your internet connection is by testing the speed of your connection. To fix your internet connection, you could restart your computer or browser. You could also try to reset your home network or unplug your modem and router and plug your modem back. Wait for all the lights to turn on. Then, plug back your router and wait for it to fully boot.
Check Your Browser Settings

Change Your Hardware Acceleration Settings
Hardware acceleration works differently depending on your computer. If you have an older computer, your hardware could slow down. - Open and close your Task Manager
