In the mobile version of Chrome, follow the below steps

  • Open Chrome Menu at the top right corner
  • Tap on Settings and the on Site Settings
  • Select Pop-ups and turn them off

Mozilla Firefox

  • At the top right corner, click on Menu button
  • Select Options
  • Click on Content
  • Mark the option that says “Block pop-up windows”

Safari

  • Go to Preferences and the to Security tab
  • Choose “Block pop-up windows”. In order to disallow plugins, select that option as well.

Internet Explorer

  • Select Internet Options from Tools menu
  • Then select Block pop-ups mode on from the Privacy tab
